New Features
Smarter Support Tickets
When you open a support ticket , our system now automatically analyzes your issue using AI and sends you a response within minutes. Many common problems — like configuration errors or connection issues — can be resolved right away without waiting for a human reply.
Ticket Email Notifications
You’ll now receive an email notification when your support ticket gets a reply. No need to keep checking the ticket page.
Email on Upgrade
Upgrading to a paid plan? You’ll now get a confirmation email when you subscribe to Pro or Plus.
Improvements
Rate Limits That Make Sense
Only successful AI responses now count against your rate limit. If a request fails on our end, it won’t eat into your quota.
Annual Plan Upgrades
Plus annual subscribers can now upgrade to Pro seamlessly. We also fixed the upgrade UI to show accurate pricing.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where ticket messages could lose their line breaks.
- Improved billing accuracy when downgrading or canceling subscriptions.
- Fixed a startup performance issue that could cause brief delays.
